Know Him? Bandit Made Off With iPhones In Montco, Police Say

A thief stole four iPhones from a Montgomery County cell phone store while the clerk had their back turned, authorities say.

The man walked into the T-Mobile at 642 Wlesh Road in Lower Moreland Township at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22, and asked about buying a pair of Airpods, police said in a statement. 

When the worker went to the back to grab the headphones, the suspect made off at least four smartphones from the display kiosks, Lower Moreland police said. 

He was seen wearing mostly black clothes a face covering, a North Face jacket, and blue New Balance sneakers. The suspect is said to have tattoos on his hands and fled the area in a white sedan.
